Further to the video below, one of our editors has accidentally deleted a block of content from the Master Tree for the Subject Navigator, and we need to determine the best option for restoring content. The following questions need to be answered:
- Can we perform a server based backup that isolates content in the Master Tree?
- If not, will a server based backup affected any activity concerning user/subscriber managements
- Will this affect any trial account requests that have been made over the past 24hours?
, can you please call me on Zoom when you are available to coordinate the appropriate action.
Ryan
Thanks,
Morgan
I confirmed with the editor who deleted sub-branches that he did so around 10 a.m. Pacific Time this morning (May 13th).
Thanks,
Paul
I've submitted a ticket with Carbon60 asking what is available in the backups. I've cc'd each of you on the ticket.
Thanks!
Ryan
As you may have seen from the Carbon60 ticket you're cc'd on, they have the following available for database back-ups:
Please attempt only restoring the missing data to avoid any user issues.
Feel free to respond to the ticket as well should you require any additional information from Carbon60.
Thanks!

We have checked and found that total 82 records were deleted from database.
We are looking into that and tried to restored only those 82 records from 13th May's database backup.

We are going to down site for 10 to 15 minutes to perform database activity.
We have restored deleted records in master tree table. We have checked master tree module primary level and seems all OK now.
Please take a note that application was down for approx 15 minutes.
Please check and let us know the feedback.
Thanks,
Morgan
I haven't experienced any issues on the front-end of www.islg.
Thanks!
