Further to the video and screenshots below, we need to update our legal notices so that the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" are separated into two separate webpages. The following changes are need:
- Create new webpage for "Privacy Policy" and update Legal Notices to "Terms of Use": https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/WebPages/Website_NonMembers
- Separate the modal window links (with print friendly option) to "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" webpages on both the non-members and members sites and make them setup so that they are underlined when the cursor is hovered over the link: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/
- Update the trial account request form (1) remove the box containing the text from legal notices: https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/Home/Register?Length=0
- and replace the checkbox with the following text (use link for privacy policy when webpage is created):
I accept the Terms of Use as they relate to investorstatelawguide.com and I acknowledge that my continued use of this and any related sites also demonstrates my acceptance of these Terms of Use.

I know we've posting a lot of material lately, and might be hard to determine priorities; however, could you please ensure this to-do is completed ASAP. We have subscribers waiting for us to get this resolved, and I'd like to get it migrated to www.islg on Monday.

We will complete above changes and upload on dev.islg before end of tomorrow.
For trail account page change, we will migrate this change with new trail account management system flow.

However, for the trial account request form, could you please ensure the checkbox text is updated immediately. We need to ensure the separate Privacy Policy link is available for the release on Monday. You can remove the box of text with the Terms of Use when the subscriber management system is updated next week, but we need the text of the checkbox updated immediately so that we can display two separate links to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as per the requirements above.

We have created new web page "Privacy Policy" and also changed the name of Legal Notice to "Terms of Use" on dev.islg. Please refer attached screenshot.
Note : Currently we have set same content for both "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use". You are able to edit the content through admin side or else provide the content to us so we will update it.
The changes for separation of two link in all places have been been done on dev.islg.
We have removed the box of text and also updated the checkbox with text in Registration page on dev.islg.
Please check and confirm.
It looks like you've added an additional checkbox for the Privacy Policy for the trial account request. Could you please remove this? There is only supposed to be text with the link. The checkbox is only for the Terms of Use.

I've taken a closer look, and everything is working great. I'll schedule this for migration on Monday.
Also, when you perform the migration, please ensure that the webpages copy on dev.islg for Terms of Use (now General Terms & Conditions of Use): http://dev.investorstatelawguide.com/webpages/website_AddContent?userType=NonMember&toc=editPage&PageID=249&expandedList=&expand=0&pGroup=1 and Privacy Policy: http://dev.investorstatelawguide.com/webpages/website_AddContent?userType=NonMember&toc=editPage&PageID=294&expandedList=&expand=0&pGroup=1 are transferred through to www.islg.
