I came across this issue when I was searching for a case in subject navigator (look at the bottom of the capture for two entries with no short title).

Morgan thought this issue was present on the live site when in fact it was on the dev site a few weeks ago. Now, it is an issue on the live site.

Also, "ISLG - Agreement Navigator (**WIP**)" should not appear on the live site (it is the master head on the admin site).

I am re-opening this item as I see the problem again on the live site as shown below

Similar to my previous report, everything appears fine once I click on each entry and on the admin site. The error occurs when I search by short title ("Pey Casado v. Chile I") under Subject Navigator.

We have checked this issue whole day at regular interval and it is working fine. We will still monitoring this and will get back to you soon.

Paul , Could you please tell us that approx time when you got this issue ? so, we will check that any Indexing/SQL job is running or not on particular that time.

I think it was around 9 a.m. Vancouver time yesterday when I had this issue. Yes, it seems fine now, but the same was the case when I reported the problem the previous time. 

I'll keep the item open until you confirm whether the Indexing/SQL job was running at that time.

There is no Indexing/SQL job running at 9:00 AM Vancouver time. Today, We are also monitoring this issue at regular interval but it is working fine.
