Hi all:

While Morgan was doing a demo this morning, he discovered what it seems to be becoming a recurring issue where each short title in Subject Navigator is displayed incorrectly.

https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/ResearchTools/SubjectNavigator?toc=content&id=50&tab=r&search=expropriation&searchType=boolean&stem=1&thes=&ftypo=1&fuzziness=1

In addition, I searched the term "expropriation," but highlighted result shows different terms around expropriation.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Anil Vaghela Anil ,

Further to the issue above, we need to come up with a method for catching these issues as they occur and resolving them right away. Can we build a tool that would notify you when this issue occurs after an index, and give you an opportunity to fix it before it remains until the next index window? This issue is cropping up too frequently, and we need a long term, reliable solution.

Thanks,

Morgan

The index last night does not appear to have resolved the problem. Could you please resolve this ASAP.

We have manually run the DTSearch Indexing for Subject Navigator tool on www.islg and it is working fine now. Please check and confirm.

We are looking into this indexing issue and will update you soon.
