URGENT - Server error messages on Admin site

Further to the video below, we are getting error message on the admin site when we attempt to edit any user or group. This needs to be resolve immediately so that we can handle user requests.

Note that issue is present on both dev.islg and www.islg. We must have missed this on the testing before pushing this to production.

I have not noticed anything on the admin site today so far. I am able to check documents and create SN new entries.

We've come up with a work around that allows us to access the information we need to administer accounts in the interim. However, please ensure this issue gets resolved as high priority on both dev.islg and www.islg.

Also, other than the bookmarking issues that Ryan Knuth, Customer Support Manager at Industrial Ryan  has reported, everything on the front-end of the application seems to be working well.

There was a minor issue during last migration which we missed out. The issue has resolved on both dev.islg and www.islg.
