Issue: The XML recently uploaded OTI/0336 Andean Subregional Integration Agreement "Cartagena Agreement" (1969) (citation and source) is not appearing on the live site:https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/Treaties/AnnotDocument?toc=annotSection&agreementID=1963&tabcontent=&cat=other

Note sometimes when you upload XML documents, selecting "Edit" and then "Save XML and Title" afterwards ensures the XML is processed and displayed properly on the subscriber site.
