Hi Morgan,
It looks like there are 6 entries appearing that were not on the Master List.  It's as though duplicates were uploaded but marked as "All Citations" instead of specific page numbers.   Example below:

OK. Thanks Irit. Please make the appropriate adjustments and then we'll migrate everything through on Tuesday.

Also, please confirm that the errors you were experiencing with the uploading tool are resolved.

Thanks,

Thanks Irit Weinfeld Irit .

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , could you please resolve, and ensure that we can edit/add entries and consolidate without issue. We need to ensure that entries can be manually uploaded before we perform the migration to www.islg.

Hello Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Can you provide actual value for this corrupted data as we need to check with the actual value for resolution.

Also, can you perform all manual entries after migration as it would be difficult to sync all manual entries from new.islg to www.islg.

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

The citator uploading tool appears to be working well now. Irit Weinfeld Irit , will confirm how she uploaded the data to determine if the corrupt data somehow got copy/pasted from the original source.

Understood, that you'll be using the Publication Citator Master List to sync the data to ww.islg. Could you please use the following version, which has eliminated the problems in the original and should avoid the need to manually upload entries after the migration:

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh , the bookmarks are working well now.

Paul Moon Paul and Irit Weinfeld Irit ,

All the data for the Publication Citator should now be available on www.islg. Could you please confirm that the migration was successful. Also, please test to ensure the citator uploading tools are working so that we can maintain the site going forward.

The front-end of the Publication Citator is currently suppressed. When you've confirmed that the data is sound, we'll activate the front-end and perform our testing on the members site.

Thanks,

Morgan
