I have activated the GoToWebinar trial account, which expires on 12 March 2018. I am going to do some testing today to make sure it fulfills our requirements; however, could you please take a look as well to ensure it will work for creating an automated signup application through the Events & Resources page. I've created a test recurring webinar (can also be scheduled as one-offs) and the registration is via https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/7572278695435182339

There are many options to customize the user experience, admin notifications, etc. This is looking very promising. 

In the ISLG admin we could link off to each webinar separately, or they do have an API as well, but that would take more development time to implement.

Also, of note, there are Simulated Live options where you can take a previous webinar and schedule it to run again whenever you want.

I took a quick look at the session you scheduled today, and it appears to work really well. Also, it looks like it should be pretty easy to embed the registration link for each webinar into the Events & Resources page.
