✔ Problems with Publication Citator uploading tool

Notes: Further to the video below, we are getting error messages when attempting to edit entries in the Publication Citator for certain documents. The following documents experienced errors:

- UN/0010/18 - https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/CoreComponents/PublicationsReferredTo?docid=785

Please ensure that this is resolved asap, because we need to make the Publication Citator live, and we cannot activate and maintain the tool until this is resolved.
