Hello Morgan,

Please add description for this issue.
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Anil,

I'm not sure what happened here, but below are the applicable videos outlining the problems. Note that the problems include the following:

  • Session not assigning "N/A" when the user closes the Session Information Window
  • Unable to close the Session Information Window (and assign "N/A" to the session) after 30 minutes of inactvity
  • Size of Session Information Window needs to be adjusted ( Stefanie Gibson, UX Researcher at Industrial Stefanie please comment on this issue)
  • Issue with Edit Existing Window
Thanks,
Anil Vaghela
Ok thanks Morgan!

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil in terms of size for the session window size, I think we can re-apply the size on the old site. I can see that you're using a consistent width for modals which is usually good but with us using modals for so much on ISLG, we may need some width variation for content type. As long as we apply the styles Kev outlined (http://tologix-member-stage.s3-website.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/), it should be good to use the old size.

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Above all suggested issues have been resolved. We have also modified all the session information related windows.

Please check and confirm.

Hi Harsh,

I'll comment on the "N/A" and "Editing Existing" issue separately; however, further to the screenshot below, the size of the Session Information Window still seems off in the way it cuts off some of the text, and how things aren't centered within the window. The user shouldn't need to scroll through the window (regardless of the browser window size).

Note how the existing site looks:

As an additional note to the above, no modal window on the system should require lateral scrolling as shown the screenshot above and below:

The text/icons should wrap and adapt to the size modal window, similar to how they do with the Learn More About Article Citator (or on the existing site):
