Adding to the comments above, I've been editing the bios for everyone on the About Us page, and because of the limited editing abilities available in the admin site, I've completely ruined all the formatting of the pages for each individual. Could you please clean this up. I've tried to do it myself, but I'm limited in what I can do.

Also, please ensure that any links to external sites added to the bios, open the pages in separate tab. I was unable to create the proper link through the editing tool.

We won't rock the boat too much on this until we launch, but these Web Page editing tools need a complete overhaul. They're quite infuriating to use.

We need round shape image for following list.
