I've manually submitted the first two pages of results for removal, and re-submitted the site for re-indexing for both Google and Bing.

I'll continue to monitor for removal.

An update: I missed the /services/ and /home-4/ pages which have now been submitted to Google.

For Bing, I've confirmed there aren't any issues with the block requests, so I guess we're just at the mercy of their system. I'll continue to monitor though.
