Subject-Matter Analysis Trial

Further to discussions on this topic last week, I want to provide more detail on the current trial concerning subject-matter analysis on ILG. We are working with Doug Buchanan (project champion for ILG) and the Infrastructure Group at BLG to examine the subject-matter analysis process necessary for building ILG. As a starting point, we are starting to develop the taxonomy of topics that will govern the tagging process during the trial. We are doing this through focusing on a risk matrix concerning the Windsor-Essex Parkway project in Ontario. We are developing the topic taxonomy offline for the time being, but I would like to ensure the appropriate documents are HTML coded and integrated into the prototype for analysis. The documents we need coded as the following: https://islg.egnyte.com/fl/eeubprGtZE, which are all in PDF format (good quality). Ideally we would want these documents converted into a format similar what we already have on the ILG prototype: http://www.infrastructurelawguide.com/Document/EditDocument?DocumentId=646&rand=1556569200009
Since the automated PDF to Conversion tools is still a few months away from being ready (and currently focuses on ISLG), my suggestion is that we get the documents HTML coded by CDS. However, before I send the documents out to CDS for review, I need to provide them with an HTML coding manual. We need a manual that we can use for the documents above.

We should create new coding manual for ILG documents for temporarily uses as a manual converting of html, but further when we should not consider it in ILG automated conversion, at that time we are consider ISLG coding manual because we are working automatic conversion algorithm and this one is finalize for all places of automate conversion from PDF to HTML.
so we will provide HTML coding manual for ILG than you can give this manual to CDS but it is only for ILG. Team is working on pdf to html conversion algorithm and it will consider once finalize conversion algorithm.
In short, Both coding manual are different but we are consider ISLG coding manual as a automated and ILG coding manual is not automated.

This makes sense. Let's proceed as you've suggested and create an HTML coding manual specific to ILG documents already created for the prototype that could be used for the Windsor-Essex Parkway project documents.
In the long-term we will want both ISLG and ILG to have automated PDF to HTML conversion tools, and their respective coding manuals should eventually reflect this. However, we'll deal with the ILG automated PDF to HTML conversion tool after we complete the tool for ISLG.

I have planned to prepared HTML coding manual for existing ILG documents to be used for Windsor-Essex Parkway project documents and will provide you on or before next week by Tuesday.

As per discussed Please below find attachment of HTML coding manual for existing ILG documents.
it is prepared based on manually converting html and there are most of PDF have different format so we have try to cover all section into this HTML coding manual. Let me know if you want any further details into this manual.
