Further to the video below, changes are need for the project filters.
We have changed bold text to normal for "Date of Concession Agreement".
As you can see the filter is converted to text area when expanded and hence we cannot have collapse functionality similar to "Date of Concession Agreement". And therefore we have implemented the collapse functionality such that filter will be collapsed whenever user will click outside of the filter. Please let us know your thoughts.
It looks like somewhere along the line it has been implemented that once a filter is expanded the title label becomes a search field allowing the user to do a quick search of a long list. This could certainly be useful but has some usability issues in its current implementation.
This explains why the behaviour was different for 'Date of concession' as this is not a searchable list.
For now, I suggest removing this ability and instead using the label to expand and collapse, keeping the behaviour consistent across all filters.

Apologies. I didn't realize these were search filters. The change of selecting outside the filter to close it works for the time being. We'll revisit the issue post-prototype.
