Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

Looking through the outstanding to-do's, I'm starting to get concerned about how long it's going to take to get all this work complete. I've told my content analysis team that development is almost complete, and that we could start doing analysis at the beginning of next month. However, looking through the amount of outstanding work, and the rate of progress over the past few weeks, I'm concerned that we're going to miss this deadline.

Could you please review the outstanding to-do's, provide an estimate on how long it will take to complete all the work, and we'll make the appropriate adjustments to our schedule.

Also, I'm not sure if this is feasible or efficient, but perhaps we could consider temporarily transferring resources over from ISLG to help P3 along given that we're currently working on less time sensitive issues on ISLG.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hello Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

We can understand your concern about the pending to dos. We have analysed all pending to dos as well as the user stories of target process. There are few following to dos which require r & d:

1. Quality of HTML Conversions
2. Problems with presentation of tag excerpts on front-end

Regarding the progress of the tasks since last 2 weeks: We are working on "Changing the Document State" to do which has total 9 user stories on target process out of which we have completed few stories and moved to UAT. This is a major change as we also require to maintain a draft version of the document. We are also working on new dtSearch integration.

As per our analysis all the work will be completed by 10th August. Hope this is fine for you. We will also work during Saturdays to complete this work.

Regarding transferring resources from ISLG to P3: We can transfer one resource from ISLG to P3 for above mentioned r & d tasks. So r & d can also be done in parallel. Please suggest.

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

An August 10th deadline works, and I appreciate you and the team putting in extra hours to get this done. I'll be out of the office August 3-12, so if things are ready when I get back, and I can then get the content analysis team started.

Regarding the R&D items, last week I had a meeting with Jaimin Shah and Prerak Shah. We discussed the issue of PDF to HTML conversion, and we may need to change our approach by using a combination of manual HTML coding and automated conversion, particularly with poor quality documents (e.g., older documents that are coming from scanned copies). Please proceed with doing some further R&D to improve the quality of the automated conversion as requested here: Quality of HTML Conversions - TOLOGIX - P3 Prototype for Tologix; however, please note with the poor quality document, we will probably need to change and updated our processes.

Regarding the temporary transfer from ISLG to P3, please proceed with the transfer if you agree this will increase your ability to meet the deadline. It was only a suggestion, and I don't want to impose this on you if you believe it is an inefficient use of resources.

Thanks,

Morgan

Thanks Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

We will see and if it is necessary and productive then only we will consider ISLG to P3 transfer.

Great. Thank you, Anil.

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

Could you provide me with an update on the status of getting the list of to-do's complete. The August 10th deadline has come and gone, and I need to provide an update to the subject-matter experts on when the application will be ready for content analysis. What's your estimated date for completion, and please be conservative, because we don't want to miss another deadline.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hello Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

We have completed all the to dos and stories of Target process except following because all these stories require r & d.
  1. Quality of HTML Conversions
  2. Problems with presentation of tag excerpts on front-end
  3. Nested Tags (Target process #1925) Visual highlights/indicators distinguish the level of nesting.
For above r & d we already spent an amount of time and still checking for technical feasibility of these tasks after that we can give an estimation. Please suggest.

We need your feedback for all completed stories for further fine tuning if any.

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

Thanks for the update. Could you or Ryan Knuth, Customer Support Manager at Industrial Ryan please provide updates in the appropriate to-do's, and I'll assess the situation with Ryan Knuth, Customer Support Manager at Industrial Ryan later this morning. Note that my assumption is that updates in Basecamp will be provided when relevant tasks are completed in TargetProcess.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

For the to-do's above, we need to get these resolved this week, because we'll be meeting with key stakeholders to demo the prototype next week. Let me know if you anticipate any issues with getting these resolved on time.

Thanks,

Hi Morgan Maguire, CEO Morgan ,

Out of 4 to-dos 3 are resolved and uploaded for your review. The remaining to-do which is related to "Browse topics by filters" will take some time and will be completed by Friday. We will let you know in case we found any complexity and need more time.
Morgan Maguire, CEO
Hi Anil Vaghela Anil ,

Thanks for the update. Note that I've flagged a few more to-do's above that need to be resolved this week. If you need to re-allocate resources from other projects to get these done on time, please do so. It's critical that we get the prototype into a presentable state for my meetings over the next few weeks.

Also, I've created a separate to-do list: Post-Prototype - TOLOGIX - P3 Prototype for Tologix for less urgent to-do's that can be worked on after the urgent to-do's are resolved.

Thanks,

Morgan
