I think this sounds good. Does this mean the editor would need to create a draft when making changes in both Editing Draft and Tagging Draft mode?

Morgan   yes, they’d have to make a draft to edit or tag I think. It’s probably least confusing to keep it consistent unless there’s a use case I’m not aware of.

Hi Anil ,

It looks good. However, I have a question: for a document that has already been published: http://p3lg.tologix.com/Document/Publish?DocumentId=492, why does it present the user with the "Approve Document" (see screenshot). What purpose does this serve for an already approved and published document?

I agree with Ryan . It makes sense that this heading is removed when the document has been published.
