When creating an anchor in the WYSIWYG editor the name and ID are generated as the same. See example from http://p3lg.tologix.com/Document/EditDocument?DocumentId=274&key=Edit

When an admin adds the associated link for this through the editor, are they able to change the ID or Name, or must it remain the generated one? 

For example, could changing the name on the anchor break the link, or are the anchor links using just the ID in the href?
