Hi Hiren Patel Hiren and Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin :

In preparation for ILG demo, we need to clean up the https://dev.infrastructurelawguide.com/Admin, so the staging live site does not show a lot of QA/test entries. Could you do the following?

Projects
Could you remove non-real projects such as identified below (screenshot below not exhaustive)?

Documents
As you see below, all the documents below aren't real documents; please remove anything that isn't an actual ILG document (screenshot below not exhaustive).

Tags
As identified below, please remove all QA or test tags, so it wouldn't show up on staging live site (screenshots below not exhaustive).

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Hiren Patel Hiren ,

I have created a new sprint item to track this effort.
https://dev.azure.com/tologix/ILG/_workitems/edit/1818

Depending on the effort needed, we might need to return a postpone a bug from this sprint.

Thanks,
-Martin

Hi Hiren Patel Hiren :

Strangely, I've noticed the two things:

1. Asset Class tag no longer appears on the Tag Directory; it should've been listed under Appropriations below. I asked you to remove the existing tag under ON/0133/0011, not the tag itself - could you clarify what has been done?

2. Yesterday, Jurisdiction below didn't have any tags, but now I see there are 4 documents with Jurisdiction tags (BC-0022-0001-6, BC-0011-0001/7, BC/0001/0001/11, ON/0133/0022). Two of them are "Document Level" tags and the other two have actual excerpts tagged. Can you check when those tags were added? I didn't add them, and I want to ensure that somebody actually added them. Regardless, could you remove those tags but ensure Jurisdiction tag stays under Tag Directory?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul Moon Paul ,

1) I have added tag "Asset Class" below "Appropriations" Tag.

2) I have removed  "Jurisdiction" Tag under (BC-0022-0001-6, BC-0011-0001/7, BC/0001/0001/11, ON/0133/0022) documents and "Jurisdiction" tag is also available in Tag directory.

Please check and verify. Is it ok?

Thanks,
