Further to my comment here: Re: Create cross-reference feature within Tag Directory - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG). I just want to confirm whether changes implemented to resolve the above to-do's and applicable user stories on TargetProcess are getting implemented on dev.ilg and www.ilg. Assuming the changes will not affect the tagging work done on www.ilg, ideally we would have all changes implemented in both environments as they are completed.

Hi Jitesh ,

With the exception of the "PRIORITY" to-do's, which I'd like you and Hiren to address as soon as possible, all the to-do's have been integrated into user stories on TargetProcess, which are integrated into the ISLG Rebuild and ILG Project Timelines spreadsheet. Therefore, with the exception of the PRIORITY to-do's, you should only need to focus on what is already listed in the timelines via TargetProcess.

Following-up on my comment above, a number of the applicable user stories linked to the to-do's above are in "Done" status on TargetProcess. Naomi , could you please confirm whether these were moved to Done status after clearing UAT? Jitesh , could you please confirm whether the changes were implemented in both the dev.ilg and www.ilg.

Ok, Morgan . I am seeing only 4 to do's assigned to me and others assigned to industrial team. We are working on feedback those are assigned to us and others are need input or feedback from industrial after that we will work on it, so please consider only 4 to do's out of 11 assigned to devIT in fix now card.

Also, we are implemented changes in Dev site first and once UAT done we are updating on www.ilg.

As I mentioned above, the to-do's with PRIORITY in the title are assigned to you and need to be addresses by you and Hiren as soon as possible. For the remaining to-do's, just disregard them and focus on the applicable user stories in TargetProcess.

Following-up on our discussing during the team meeting this morning, could you please ensure the following to-do's above are prioritized:

The issues in these to-do's are preventing Katrina from completing the tagging necessary for completing the SME trial, and should be the top development priority in ILG.

In addition, please ensure the performance issues reported by Savannah here: Re: Subscribers Site - Performance Audit - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG) are addressed as a high priority after the to-do's above are resolved.

Katrina has gone through the latest changes to the ILG admin site, and it looks like she has been able to publish are the content for us to complete the SME trial for the time being.

As a result, please pause work on resolving the outstanding to-do's above, and shift focus entirely to resolving the performance issues on the Subscriber side of the application:  Re: Subscribers Site - Performance Audit - TOLOGIX - Infrastructure LawGuide (ILG).

When the Subscriber side of the application is ready, we'll be able to analyze the results of the SME trial.
