Hello all, 

We noticed that documents that are being tagged with document level tags are not appearing in the Documents Stage - Tagging in Progress folder. It appears as though only documents with Tagged Excerpts are included in the Tagging in Progress folder. Could you please change it so that documents with only document level tags appear in the Tagging in Progress folder? 

I have included a video to better demonstrate the issue.

we have also provided add document level tag functionality in edit document.It is presume that you have followed below flow .

1) Added document level tag in edit document.
2) Then after done editing completed so document moved in ready for tagging stage.

 So it has been display tag count as 1.check attached screen shot.
