Hello, 

We are experiencing some issues with Schedule 9 of the Herb Gray Parkway (Windsor-Essex) Project Agreement. The issues we are experiencing are as follows:
  1. The document will not allow you to tag excerpts. Only document level tags are possible at this point.
  2. The document is appearing in the Editing Draft folder and will stay in this document state even if the document is submitted as Done Editing. 
Could you please resolve these issues so that this document can appear in the Tagging in Progress folder?
