Further to the video below, I discovered an issue in the design of the meta fields for tags that needs to be addressed. As described in the video, if meta fields are added to a tag, the meta fields are not made available for existing excerpt where that tag has already been assigned. In order to make the meta fields available, the user needs to delete the tag, and add it back to the excerpt with the new meta fields. 

There should be a way to do to this without needing to delete the tags. I see the following options:

Options 1 is the simplest. However, options 2 and 3 would allow users to add meta fields to make them available for future excerpts, but keep the existing excerpts without meta fields.

Please review and we'll discuss during tomorrow team meeting

Also, please ensure the technical issue I was having within  ON-0133-0001 - Herb Gray Parkway (Windsor-Essex) - Project Agreement is resolved. I was attempting to create an excerpt for a few lines of text and the system kept freezing as it appeared to create a excerpt for all the text in the document.
