if user have permission of "Manage Admin" than he/she can able to access folder and document but your screen shot provide seems like User have not permission of "Manage Admin" due to this reason second screen shot display label "you do not have rights to access..." for foder/document module. Please provide your feedback.

Why does "Manage Admin" affect access to documents folders? That should only affect the ability to manage admin users?

Actually, As per story there are mentioned "Manage Admin" ability to manage admin users and it is also there. but which user should see all documents and folder? there are permission like "Edit documents", "Tag Documents" and "Approve documents" and it is task and can access that assigned document only for Edit, Tag and Approve but what about all documents and folders? so we have given permission of those documents and folders to user who have permission of "Manage Admin".

Melissa , does this seem like the appropriate requirements for the permissions? I feel like viewing document folders should be a different permission from managing admin accounts.
