Notes
On the Rebuild Admin Site, Master Lists, Dispute Documents, Analysis List, Article Citator - the "Provision" Column is sometimes missing.

As a result, Dispute Documents referring to these Provisions may not appear on the Live Site.  I have not tested each one so I cannot yet confirm that this is an issue for all of them.

Please note: This is not an issue with the Arbitration Rules or Treaty provisions.  This is an issue with specific Dispute Document's Analysis List section on the Rebuild Admin Site.

Example using Dispute Document UN/0103/01 "ECE Projektmanagement International GmbH and Kommanditgesellschaft PANTA Achtundsechzigste Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co v. Czech Republic, PCA Case No. 2010-5, Award, 19 September 2013"

From the video, you see that in Dispute Document UN/0103/01, in the Analysis list, Provision Column was missing.

For example, Arbitration Rule ARB/0052 "UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976)", the Provision Column in the Analysis section is missing, so the following Provisions for ARB/0052 do not appear:

Generally
Article 20
Article 38
Article 38(e)
Article 40

I checked Rebuild Admin Site, Master Lists, Arbitration Rules, ARB/0052 , all the appropriate Provision Display checkboxes have a checkmark. Including:
Generally
Article 20
Article 38
Article 38(e)
Article 40

I checked Rebuild Admin Site, Master Tree and Reports, Article Citator, ARB/0052 , all the Provisions (including the Provisions missing in the video above) appear.
Generally
Article 20
Article 38
Article 38(e)
Article 40

However, UN/0103/01 ECE Projektmanagement International GmbH and Kommanditgesellschaft PANTA Achtundsechzigste Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co v. Czech Republic, PCA Case No. 2010-5, Award, 19 September 2013 referring to these five ARB/0052 Provisions is missing from this list.

Screen Capture example, Article 40

On the Rebuild Live Site, Research Tools, Article Citator, ARB/0052 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976), the following Provision is missing: Generally

Because Generally is missing, I cannot check to see if Dispute Document UN/0103/01 (that I used as an example in my video above) appears in the Provision List.
Screen capture:

On the Rebuild Live Site, Research Tools, Article Citator, ARB/0052 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976), Article 38(e) appears.

However, UN/0103/01 ECE Projektmanagement International GmbH and Kommanditgesellschaft PANTA Achtundsechzigste Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co v. Czech Republic, PCA Case No. 2010-5, Award, 19 September 2013 is missing from this list.

UN/0103/01 is also missing from the list for:

Article 20
Article 38
Article 40

Screen capture example for Article 38(e)

I checked all of the above on the Legacy Admin Site and the Legacy Live Site.  There are no issues.

Thank you,
Irit

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

Further to Irit Weinfeld Irit 's description above there is something odd happening with the Analysis data entered for UN/0103/01 in rebuild.islg. Could you please investigate and resolve the issues. Also, could you please confirm whether this may be a problem in other documents that we need to resolve.

Thanks,

Morgan

Hi Irit Weinfeld Irit ,

In Analysis List, For First Page, You need to scroll at bottom of table to see Provision column. As Name is long in First column the scroll is coming.

Please do horizontally scroll to see Provision column.

Great. Thanks Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh . Looks like there may have been an issue in rebuild.investorstatelawguide.com, but the issues are resolved within staging.investorstatelawguide.com.

Also, Paul Moon Paul , Irit Weinfeld Irit , Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh and Katrina Law, Legal Content Specialist at Tologix Katrina , please note that there is different treatment of "Generally" references within the new application. Within the legacy application, "Generally" references appeared under the list of provision within the Article Citator:
However, this led to confusion with users, because they sometimes assumed that this include "all" references to the instruments. As a result, we've consolidated "Generally" references within "All References", which is more consistent with what we were already doing within the Jurisprudence Citator:

Marking to-do complete.

Thanks,

Morgan
Irit Weinfeld 👍
