- AR/0026 Samuel S.B. Asante (Ghana) as FR (6) Date unknown (put him under Robert Layton)

Could you please provide which we consider Effective date and start date of above 2 historical data ? I am not getting unknown date mean ?

Nigel Blackaby (former Claimant's arbitrator = FC); Effective date: 10-Feb-2003 to unknown

Samuel Asante (former Respondent's arbitrator = FR); Effective date: Unknown

Effective dates are mostly unknown as specified above except Nigel Blackaby's from date (10-Feburuary 2003). Since we do not have other effective date data, please leave it out or insert unknown.

The effective and Start Date is mandatory for historic data. so currently, I have set 10-feb-2003 in both effective and Start date for both following historical data.

Nigel Blackaby and Samuel Asante
