Further to the video below, adding a peer in the Article Citator master tree does not work. Note that if there is a technical reason for not enabling this feature, I would be fine with removing it entirely from the action button, and leaving the option to create new categories through the "New Categories" button at the top.

Note the same problem exists in the Publication and Jurisprudence Citator, and again, if disable/removing "add peer" from the action button is an easier solution, let's do that.
