One annulment committee member is entered twice, leaving out the other committee member from the list on the rebuild admin site when the Article Citator Master you used for the purpose of migration correctly listed two annulment committee members.

Please check and complete this task.

The rebuild admin site does not repeat annulment committee or resubmission annulment committee members anymore.
