✔ Applicable instrument not appearing under Dispute when draft version is created

I noticed that applicable instruments no longer appear under the relevant disputes when a draft is created (until they are published).

Screen capture from Admin Site (while there is a draft). It is set to active:

In the below example (AF/0044) the applicable instrument disappeared on app.islg when a draft version of the applicable instrument i.e. BIT/0180 was created. Once the draft is published, BIT/0180 re-appears on the admin site under the Applicable instrument(s) field:

BIT/0180 appears on the live site (both under Treaties & Rules and Disputes & Dispute Documents) when it is a draft version, so it is only affecting the admin site.

Could we look into this?
