Placeholders on legacy sites not migrated. Add three placeholders on the new admin site as there are existing Article Citator entries.

Hi Paul,

I figured out how to Publish Arbitration Rules. From app.islg, Admin Site, Master Lists, Arbitration Rules, ARB/0056

I was able to go to "Document Text".  Earlier today when I tried I was not able to access "Document Text" section.  That's where the "Publish" tool is.

Hi Irit :

Please delete ARB/0056, ARB/0059 and ARB/0060 under Arbitration Rules and upload them under Treaties (like legacy admin site) on app.islg.

Once they are uploaded under Treaties, we will check if we can manually upload provision descriptions; if not, we'll upload all existing entries on the legacy site as "Generally."
