On app.islg live site, I am not able to see the following Article Citator provision extract for ARB/0057 IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010) when I click on "provision extract" for:
Article 3(3)
Please note that all other Article Provision extracts listed on the live site in ARB/0057 are working.

On app.islg Live Site, Research Tools->Article Citator
->IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010)
-> Article 3(3)
Click on provision extract:

It says "Document text is not available".

I expect to see Article 3(3) from the HTML (screen capture taken from app.islg admin site, Treaty ARB/0057):

I checked the HTML tags for Article 3(3). I don't see any issues (screen capture taken from app.islg admin site, Treaty ARB/0057:

I checked app.islg admin site for the Provision list entry for Article 3(3). I don't see any issues.

I checked the two Dispute Documents for the Article Citator entries referring to ARB/0057 Article 3(3). I don't see any issues. 

Why do we see the message "Document text is not available" on the Live Site?
