There seems to be a problem with app.islg admin site today. When assigning a task to an admin user (IC/0301/14), the task is not assigned and the app.islg admin site logs out on me. This hasn't happened before.
Could you please resolve this as an Unplanned/Critical task.
Note is appears the latest release to app.islg has caused a few regression issues.

We have logged in in admin side with your user and tried to same thing and it is working fine. I have successfully assigned task to Irit on same document with same comment.
