Further to the video below, there is a bug in app.islg for group user management. A group's expiry date was reached "Williams & Connolly LLP", but the status of the account did not change to Non-Active. 

Please resolve this as an Unplanned/Critical task.

The issue is resolved. The issue occurred due to restart the server by last weekend. The window service was stopped. I again start the service and set the configuration that when server is restart the service will be automatically started.

Also, I have update the Expiry date status of 18th and 19th July User and Groups.

Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin , should this stoppage in the window service have been caught by your alert system when SQL jobs fail to run?

Windows services are monitored by another system.
That being said, we should be able to setup alerts if a service is stopped.

Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh : can you send me an email listing the Windows Services being used by ISLG? I will look into setting alerts.

We have already updated the setting on server so when server will be restarted the window service will be automatically started.

For your reference, Following, I have mentioned the window service name. The service is running on web server (ip : 10.68.138.10)

1) ISLGRebuildWS
2)ISLGRebuildStagingWindowService.
