IC/0110 and IC/0120 "Costs" under Legal Analytics are not expanding as it should. As highlighted below, even if I select "Expand," no "Legal Costs" and "Arbitration Costs" show up as shown in AF/0007 below.
IC/0110 and IC/0120 - no "Legal Costs" and "Arbitraton Costs"
There were many sub-fields under Legal Costs and Arbitration Costs that I created and deleted over the last few days. Some deleted sub-fields had existing entries that I didn't clear prior to deleting those sub-fields. Could this be the reason for this problem? After I started populating entries again for AF/0007, IC/0110 and IC/0120 today under existing sub-fields, I notice that AF/0007 is still expanding fine as shown above, but IC/0110 and IC/0120 are not expanding anymore (e.g., I can neither view what the existing entries are nor could I make any changes). I know updating AF/0007 took less than 20 minutes for sure, but IC/0110 and IC/0120 might have taken longer than 20 minutes each. When I saved draft for all three disputes, they all seemed to have saved without logging me out (I got the confirmation that it updated and wasn't taken to sign-in page), but I can't figure out what the cause of difference between AF/0007 and IC/0110 & IC/0120 is.
Please let me know how to prevent this going forward, as I'll have to set up a way to edit sub-fields without causing this problem again.

There was discrepancy in data on IC/0110 and IC/0120. We are not able to find what this the actual root cause but there was problem to delete sub fields after entered the data in form.
Could we clean the entered data of only COST accordion for entry IC/0110 & IC/0120 ?

Question related to the above, if data were entered into a field, and the admin user decided to delete that field from meta field management page, would that data be deleted as well?
My expectation is that the data would be deleted, and this could be the cause of the issue above. Therefore, perhaps we should confirm that there isn't a bug that is preventing the data from being deleted from deleted fields.

Yes we are deleting the data if we delete the meta field. but i need to confirm or check that if parent field will be deleted then all child field we need to delete from entered data.
I will confirm you by monday and if we are not deleting those child field as well then we will make adjustment and resolve by monday.

We have checked and found the issue. Actually, We have removed nth level of child data but we are not removing entered data hence might be the issue occurred.
We are doing this change and will update you once we deploy this change because currently also we are working on admin side high priority changes as well as some admin side feedback. hence, it is difficult for us to release this change only on server.

We found one minor bug when you edit the legal analytics data. We are working on to resolve it but please don't make any further entries in Legal Analytics form until we resolve the issue.

First of all, please delete "Costs" data under UN/0097 for now asap. When you deleted "Costs" under IC/0110, the problem no longer existed, so UN/0097 may be resolved this way as well.

We caught one issue and resolved it and we will release on next Monday with following things. so i would request to test thing from Monday (31st August)
1) 3 Task of Admin Feedback - Priority 2) 2 hour ideal time of session time out 3) Remove entered data if you delete any meta field 3) This issue which we caught.
so, please test this issue again on next Monday once we deployed above changes on rebuild.demo.
Please make whole video of entered data and perform same scenario when you start test same thing after Monday.
