✔ Change settings on Article/Provision quicklinks search from 2 to 1 characters

Further to the video below, please modify the settings on the Article/Provision quicklinks menu within the Article Citator so that the search activates after 1 character is entered into the search field (not 2).
I understand in this video you are specifying the Article Citator, will you need this behaviour across research tools?
Currently the global quicklinks behaviour across all the research tools require 2 characters to be entered.

This is only applicable to the Article Citator, because the other tools do not have a quicklinks menu for the Article/Provision. Note that we can keep the 2 character limit for the Legal Instruments quicklinks menu.

Thank you for the clarification!
I've made sure in the card to detail that this should include the Terms and Phrase master tree/analysis through that tool as well since Provisions/Articles are also cited through there. This change has been done on rebuilddemo.islg and also move relevant card in UAT.
