Further to the video below, could we please update the UI for the date selection fields on the Subscriber side:

I referenced Google AdWords as an example of the desired behaviour:
  • All dates displayed dd month yyyy
  • Ability to manually enter dates
  • Ability to browse by month and year

Note that I have not included any wireframes, as this will most likely be implemented through a library with existing functionality, so only the behaviour of how this should work is detailed.

You're right, after checking with our developer, it seems to be easier if this is a change we implement ourselves with the templates. I have created a card for our developer, linked to the above card when the updated templates are ready
