Further to the video below, we need to modify the data that is displayed in dropdown menu options when the data is pulling from Dispute Documents master list entries. Currently the dropdown menus display the following data:
[UIN] - [Short Title] - [Date]
Please modify this so that the following is displayed:
[UIN] - [Short Title] - [Language] - [Date]
OR
[UIN] - [Short Title] - [Language] - [Date]*
OR
[UIN] - [Short Title] - [Language] - [Date]**
"*" would be displayed if the document has alternate versions and "**" would be displayed if the document has alternate versions and it is the primary version.
In addition, for the "Relevant Dispute Document" list that was created to isolate dropdown menu options to only Dispute Documents that are relevant to the selected Dispute, would it be possible to further limit this list to exclude alternated versions of Dispute Documents? This second feature is not required if it would require a significant amount of work, but it would help eliminate the mistake of the editor selecting the wrong version of the relevant document.
In addition, for the "Relevant Dispute Document" list that was created to isolate dropdown menu options to only Dispute Documents that are relevant to the selected Dispute, would it be possible to further limit this list to exclude alternated versions of Dispute Documents?
This change would be possible for us.
"*" would be displayed if the document has alternate versions and "**" would be displayed if the document has alternate versions and it is the primary version.
This above change we need to discuss in today's call.
[UIN] - [Short Title] - [Language] - [Date]
This change also possible but we need to update all migrated data. For new entry we can change combination easily as per your requirement.
We also discuss this change on today's call.
I just want to confirm that we're going to get the requirements written for the to-do above.
Note that we need this and the to-do's concerning the dropdown menu (see below) resolved this week so that we can start the Legal Analytics analysis process started next week.

Display primary document only: https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/entity/16727-improvement-document-groups-greater-alternate-document
Display document language in dropdown (dispute doc):

Language is already included for Treaty and Arbitration rule documents.
I have tagged Harsh on the stories and indicated that they are priority issues.

We are taking this change in high priority and will complete by next week.
As per Target Process story, This change has been done on rebuild.islg. Please check and confirm.
The changes look good; however, further to the screenshot below, it appears that changes are preventing the appropriate display of special characters in the dropdown menus:
Thanks,
Morgan
Send me the UIN numebr of that entry. I will look into tomorrow and get resolve.
Thanks,
Morgan
The above issue of special character has been resolved on both rebuild.islg and rebuildemo.islg.
The issue above is resolve. However, further to the video below, the speed of the admin site on the new application is intolerable right now. Is there something on back-end that's causing this, because we can operate with a site that works this slowly.
As we've talked about before, anything that has a loading time more 2-3 seconds needs to flagged and resolved.
Thanks,
Morgan
I have checked and dispute listing page is opening within 2 second.
Could you please clear your browser cache and check again?
Here, I have attached video for your refrence. the page is listing data within second.
I'm still not seeing much improvement, but perhaps it's something on our end. I'll continue to monitor the site, and let you know if it doesn't improve.
Morgan
Things have improved. It must have been something on my end. However, further to the video below, I noticed one more issue with the dropdown menu that needs to be resolved. It appears to be isolated to AF/0004, but I'm uncertain.
Thanks,
Morgan
The above issue has resolved on both rebuild.islg and rebuildemo.islg.
Please check and confirm.
Thanks,
Morgan
