✔ Changing status of entries in master lists

Further to the video below, we want to make the following changes with respect to controlling/changing the status of entries in the master lists:
  1. The ability to control the status of an entry should be available when the entry is being created in the master list.
  2. The default status for a new entry should be "active", not "inactive".
  3. The ability to change the status of entry should be available through the action menu within the master list table.
  4. We need to create a method for changing the status of multiple documents at the same time.

Further to the video below, there are two outstanding issues with bulk actions:
  1. Provide ability to "Select All" items in the table (both items presented on page and items in all pages) - this requirement can be postponed until post-launch
  2. Ensure that the Last Update and Updated By fields are updated with the relevant data when bulk actions are performed on master list entries.

That card is currently in 'Open' status. 

I tested the second issue and currently the 'Last Updated' and 'Updated by' fields seem to be updating when a bulk action is performed.
