This issue is resolved on both rebuild.islg and staging.islg.

Hi Harsh :

Copy citation under Treaties and Rules still doesn't work as shown in the video below. Even though I am told the citation has been copied to the clipboard, I cannot paste it anywhere. I cannot show whether it works under Article Citator as staging.islg currently shows no records, and rebuild.islg isn't loading.

I am finding out that this issue occurs on Firefox but not on Chrome. Could you ensure that your solution works in all browsers?
