Following-up on our meeting today (see 1:05:00 in recording), I would like to make enhancements to the marketing site to better illustrate the benefits of enhanced profiles. I would like these enhancements to include:

2. Explain what content is getting presented in over modal:

  • Where is user directed when they select the link?
  • Where is content from over modal coming from? Leslie Law sample?

3. Please provide proposed updates to Enhanced Profile Contact Form:

Shouldn't we offer further before/after details on what will be available in an Enhanced Profile? This page should provide full details on what is available with an Enhanced Profile.

2. Explain what content is getting presented in over modal:

  • Where is user directed when they select the link?
  • Where is content from over modal coming from? Leslie Law sample?

The user would be directed to the form.

The way the modal would work would likely just a be an image that would show an example of an enhanced profile. The modal would appear if the user has their cursor placed over the link but hasn’t clicked yet. It is just a way to show users a comparative visual in a way that doesn’t detract the users from their goals on the app. The interaction is based on how photoshop uses modal to show how some of their tools work. Video example, for reference:

The adjustments to copy in all the pages look good. However, the Enhanced Profile Contact Form still needs work: http://islg-website-wordpress.ind.ninja/enhance-your-profile/. There is still placeholder text in the header, and it seems like we've just copy/pasted the CTA from the Browse Profiles page. I was hoping for a little more value-add on this.

Understood regarding the over modal. Will we be able to animate the modal similar to video above? Perhaps with the slider showing the before/after for Leslie Law or Larch LLP (depending on whether the profile is a people or organization profile).

I've added my comments in the mock-up. Also, are there any changes being made to the Browse Profile page to make Enhanced Profiles more prominent? The current CTA is fairly subdued: http://islg-website-wordpress.ind.ninja/browse-profiles/

I'd also like Liam Murphy-Burke, Strategic Account Manager at Tologix Liam and Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela to take a look.

To give Liam Murphy-Burke, Strategic Account Manager at Tologix Liam and Manuela Stoyanov, Client Partner at Quietly Media Manuela some more context, we're enhancing these  pages on the marketing site to provide more clarity on the differences between a regular and enhanced profiles.

Following up on your comment re. making the callout for enhanced profiles on the Browse Profile page more prominent, we have made some changes which are posted earlier in the thread, however they have not been developed or deployed to the marketing site yet.
