For this change, we need to set text editor option in meta field management page and do this change in all masters.

If this change is limited for Biography field so we can currently do for only biography field in People and Organization master.

Please confirm.

I assumed we were going to create a field that had a full TinyMCE HTML editor.

Also, have you confirmed that the Address, Email and Telephone number fields have the desired subscriber side behaviour we need?

The 'text' editor field type which (same as the 'full citation' field in the disputes master list for example) only has the above formatting options.

I can add more criteria to that card, or to the one that is meant for future development (https://industrialagency.tpondemand.com/restui/board.aspx?#page=board/5389754907359543952&appConfig=eyJhY2lkIjoiNkIwOEFBRTU1NUY0ODJDNDU1NDA1NzJFQkE5N0JGQjkifQ==&boardPopup=bug/15806) so that a fuller editor field can be able to be created as a meta-field type. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. 

As for the Address, email and telephone number fields on the subscriber side I've tested those today and they all have the desired behaviour.

I'll move this to-do to ISLG Team Feedback - post-launch - TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild, because of the remaining features are post-launch requirements.
