I want to edit data entry on app.islg for IC/0394/01. When I select "Create Draft", I receive an error that the "Draft version is not created due to PDF or HTML does not exist".
It's that old issue we had before. When a migrated document only has PDF uploaded but not HTML. For migrated documents that only the PDF is uploaded, we cannot create draft. Therefore, I need to ask DevIT to change the entries.

It appears this HTML document is still pending completion in the manual conversion process, and thus, you cannot create a draft version of the documents.
Note this the second issue reported over the last couple of days related to documents pending HTML conversion. Please ensure that you check the conversion lists before posting to-do's, because there are limitations on what you can do with migrated documents that have pending HTMLs.

I understand that this HTML document is pending completion, but I was wondering if, in the meantime, we could ask DevIT to update the data capture entries, so the data analysis appears correctly on the live site.

Can we wait until the HTML is complete, because resolving these data correction issues is bogging down the development team?
