  1. Publication citator entries that were accidentally uploaded to IN/0019/03 (instead of to IN/0019/07) need to be deleted from IN/0019/03 on app.islg. See Pub Citator Master.  Time stamped March 22, 2021.
  2. Upload pub citators to IN/0019/07 on app.islg. Refer to Pub Citator time stamped March 22, 2021
  3. The PDF for IN/0019/03 had to be re-coded.  Ask DevIT to replace the PDF on app.islg. (I added destination codes and anchor codes for paragraph 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38.  I did NOT insert paragraph numbers so that the PDF version now looks like the HTML version uploaded to app.islg).
