For the sake of consistency I recommend reordering all master list tables to being with UIN. We will also link the UIN rather than the Instrument/rule/document/dispute… title. 

Once you have confirmed I will update the criteria.

Yes, that's correct. However, I believe "Status" and "Active/Inactive" are the same.
