Is there a reason why certain Dispute Document UINs are missing in the Subject Navigator Editing Branch "Document UIN" search field?
Master Tree and Reports, Subject Navigator Master List, Subject - Actions, Edit.
For example, both Dispute Document IC/0120/01 and IN/0090/07 are entered as Primary Documents on the Staging Admin Site. Neither has an HTML uploaded.
Only IC/0120/01 appears in the Subject Navigator Editing Branch "Document UIN" search field.

The UIN IC/0090/07 documents, we are considering as only PDF document. Hence, There is not html we need.
so we can not identified the Paragraph/Footnote. so as per requirement, We are not displaying PDF only documents for tagging
