Disputes are taking longer to load. Most disputes currently take around 20-30 seconds to load on app.islg admin, but the video below shows UN/0045 which took 30 seconds to load. Please restore the speed we had until yesterday as soon as possible (taking around 7-10 seconds), but this should eventually be taking less than 5 seconds.
We have reviewed your above video and comment and found that your given dispute 'UN/0045' is going to render so much data for this particular dispute so the speed of opening the dispute form it's depends on the data which is display on the form.
I'll let you consult directly with

on this issue, as UN/0045 is a typical dispute that our content team has to deal with on a daily basis.
Thank you,

Hi
Darsh
, I have 2 questions:
Can you confirm that the majority of the wait time is due to server-side processing (perhaps SQL queries)? I ran a performance trace using Chrome Dev Tools, and it seems like the client is idle for the majority of the time (idle 26s out of 29s):

mentioned that the general loading time for any dispute has recently slowed down quite a bit. Can you give us more details as to the root cause of this?
