AF/0010/01 Azinian Award's table of contents sections do not have any issues as shown below in HTML.

However, the same sections appear overlapped as shown in the video below. The other two documents are IC/0404/01 (9REN) and SC/0034/01 (Greentech).

This issue is done on app.islg. But, We need to publish the version on app.islg. Once SN's Expand all and Search Popup task confirm by Paul then will deploy all these things on app.islg.
