I changed the document description as well as the date for IC/0256/08 a few days ago.

Today, I wanted to select IC/0256/08 as the related document for IC/0256/06. Under the related documents drop-down menu, the incorrect document description and the date (which have already been changed) show up. The wrong document description and date appear on the live site as well:

I am going to delete the wrong related document (Order of the Tribunal Taking Note of ...) which appears under IC/0256/06 for the time being so the wrong info does not appear on the live site until the issue is fixed.

There was minor bug due to Draft and Publish Version document which we have resolved on both app.islg and staging.islg.

Please check and confirm.

I checked it on both app.islg and staging.islg. The issue is resolved on app.islg, but it is not resolved on staging.islg as you see in the screen captures below:
