Using OT/0031/02 as an example, a draft of a published dispute document does not provide admin users an ability to edit dispute document information. "Document Details," which is available under a published document, is currently not available in a draft. Please add that option.

Further to the video below, I'm still getting access to the Document details when viewing the draft version of the document:

The issue is probably because you have the document in "Analysis" mode. Note that when you're in analysis model you should have access to the document fields through the sidebars located within the HTML text window.
