Yesterday (July 22nd) Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh edited and saved changes to the text in the Case Number field for Dispute IC/0428 on staging.islg.

The Case Number information was not updated in Dispute Documents that were already uploaded.

However, when I uploaded a new Dispute Document, the updated Case Number appeared in the Full Citation.

I don't think this is bug. The Full Citation field for a new Dispute Document will incorporate the changes in the case number, because it is populating the field based on the current text in the Case Number field, but that won't apply for existing Dispute Documents. Unless Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh and Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin has a different suggestion on how to automatically update the Full Citation field (and potentially the Short Title field as well) for existing documents, the field would need to be manually updated for all existing dispute documents.

At the same, I don't think you want this to be automatically updated with data from the Dispute fields. I can think of a few examples (CMS vs. Argentina), where we intentionally used a different case number or case name in the Full Citation field than what is used in the Dispute form fields.

Following up on above, Irit Weinfeld Irit can we complete this to-do? We have intentionally made the Full Citation field editable so that is doesn't need to match the text of other fields.
