TOLOGIX - ISLG App Rebuild

Entries under Terms & Phrases (Quick Links)

Assigned to
Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh P.
Notes
As shown in the video below, I noticed that there are a lot of entries under Terms & Phrases (Quick Links), i.e. the term "taxes" in UN/0152/03. I have not added them. Even if they have been mistakenly added under another document, I assume the entries under Quick Links should only appear for the UIN under which they have been created in the first place, not other UINs.

Is there a way to remove them so that they do not display for any documents going forward? I have checked UN/0152/03 & 04 and they all appear under these documents for which no T&P has been added.

Thanks,

Nafiseh

HI Piyush Kanpariya, DevIT Piyush ,

Now, there is only one entry under T&P Quick Link. However, I see this entry under each document I work on. Does that mean every T&P added under Quick Links will be saved and shown no matter under which document it's been added? My assumption was that they will only appear under the UIN for which they are created, but I see it is not the case. For example, I see the entry "taxes" under the quick link of all the UINs for which I am doing analyze: date capture.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Nafiseh

Yes Nafiseh Arghandehpour, Legal Content Manager at ISLG Nafiseh , It is display the quick inky by user wise. not the document wise. so you can select any document then the TP quick link will be display. If same document will open by another user that time quick link will be not display.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh ,

I am wondering if we could change it so that when "analyze: data capture" is complete i.e. when the analyst selects "Done Review", the UINs added under Quick Links be deleted, and they do not display under other documents? In other words, can they be "document" sensitive rather than "user" sensitive?

Thanks,

Nafiseh

Hi Paul Moon Paul and Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin ,

I will check by tomorrow that we have save the quick links by document wise or user wise and let you know.

Hi Harsh Parikh, Tech Lead at DevIT Harsh :

Could you answer Nafiseh's question above? Once "Analyze: Data Capture" is complete, Quick Links should be deleted.

Martin Laporte, CTO at Tologix Martin : please create a DevOps for this, thanks.

Paul Moon Paul ,

Please take note that, We are going to change the logic here. Now, Quick Links will save by User & Document wise.

Suppose, For example, if you save Quick Links for document (IC/0562/01) then those quick links will be not visible for IC/0562/02.

Also, Any other user open the IC/0562/01. Then, he/she also will not able to see your saved Quick Links.

Hi Mark Skilling, Senior Editor Mark , Gary López Vélez, Junior Legal Content Manager at Tologix Gary and Séverine Beaudet, Senior Legal Content Manager at Tologix Séverine :

Once step 2 "Analyze: Data Capture" is complete when the analyst completes the DCDs, Quick Links should be deleted for all citators and T&P now. Could you test to make sure that you don't see previously selected Quick Links in your next document (mainly for Mark and Gary) or see what analysts have selected when you review (Séverine)?

After your confirmation, I will mark this item complete.

Thank you,

Paul

Hi Paul,

I confirm that, at review stage, Quick Links field is completely cleared of previous the entries made by analyst.

During two DCD reviews I started, one earlier today and another yesterday, it was working as described above. That is, all quick links gone when I started my DCD review.
